A washed peaberry from farms along the Kuta Ridge, grown in black volcanic soil ideal for quality coffee. Sorted and milled at the Kuta Coffee Mill, a collaboration between the Ulga and Kolga tribes. Peaberries are a natural mutation producing smaller, rounder, denser beans associated with sweeter and more concentrated flavors.
