A natural-processed Bourbon from Burundi's Kayanza province, produced by Burundi Specialty Seeds at their UMOCO facility. The cherry ferments whole then dries on raised beds, yielding dried cherry sweetness, funky molasses, and crisp hibiscus tartness.
