About Variety Coffee Roasters
Founded in 2008 in Brooklyn's Williamsburg neighborhood on Graham Avenue. The name was inspired by the original coffee shop's former sign, 'Cho's Variety'. Since then, Variety has grown to nine locations across NYC and become a staple of the Brooklyn coffee scene, roasting in-house at their 340 Stagg St roastery.
