From Finca Deborah, an estate producer of shade-grown Geisha varietal coffee at 1950+ metres in the mountains of Volcan, Chiriqui, Panama. Established by Jamison Savage, who traded his New York finance career for Panamanian jungles. Nirvana uses extended oxygen-free fermentation and nitrogen maceration, pushing experimental processing boundaries while maintaining structure.
